Clearly while Bishop Harry Jackson and others stand on the fact that the DC City Council should not be regulating marriage and that the "people" of DC should be heard on the issue, He is fine with congress making the decision on our behalf. True colors always show eventually.
We cannot say we don't want congress interfering with our local right to self-determination in regards to some issues but invite them to interfere on others. Bishop Jackson, Clearly DC and the residents of the District are not your first priority
