Walking to the metro this morning I couldn't help but notice the increasing crowd of black and gray suits and over coats. People flooding out of Union station to the cab stand drapped in their DC professional costume.
I guess this official means that play time is over and all us DC urbanites must settle down and get back to beltway business. For many this means returing to the hustle and bustle of "getting things done" and continuing the climb to professional stardum and increasing net worth. And for others it just simply a different month with different weather and life goes on.
